Sign Up For Trial Account:

• If you have not already done so, make sure to visit Playwire to create your trial account
• If you need more information about Trial, Enterprise and Premium accounts click here
• Once logged into your trial account, click on the “Upgrade” button on the top of the Dashboard
• Click the “Upgrade” button from either the Enterprise Solution or Premium Partnership from the Upgrade Options dialog box

Upgrading to Enterprise:

With the Enterprise Partnership, you pay-as-you-go for encoding, streaming and ad plays so you need to setup a payment method

• After choosing to upgrade to Enterprise, you will be redirected the New Payment Method page
• Enter your *Credit Card Information and Billing Address
• Click the “Add Payment Method” button when you are finished
• Once you enter a valid payment method, you will see a success message reading “Thank you for upgrading to our Enterprise plan!”
• You will be see you credit card listed as a Payment Method
• At this point, you are ready to enter your Default Self-Service Tags to start generating advertising revenue
• Click the “Advertising” link in the success message or by clicking the Advertising tab on your Account Settings page to get started

Upgrading to Premium:

• Click the “Apply Now” button in the Premium Partnership box
• If your website meets the *Premium Partnership Requirements, click “Apply Now” from the modal pop up that appears
• You will see the “Thank you for applying” message appear, you should now see the “Apply now” button grayed out, click the “Close” button
• You should now see the message “Your premium application is under review”
• The Playwire team will then check if your site meets our Premium Partnership Requirements and will get back to you anywhere from 24-72 hours with a decision
• Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation
• You will need to upload a W-9 form if you’re a U.S. based business or a W-8 form if you’re an international customer
• Click the correct tax form for your situation from the green alert message
• You will be then be directed to the tax form
• Please read the Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure and click the “I agree to use electronic records and signatures” checkbox and click continue
• Fill in the tax form and sign the form, then scroll to the bottom and press the “Finish” button
• Your tax form will then be reviewed by the Playwire team, if approved, you will receive an email
• Your Premium Account is now fully setup
