After signing up for either an Enterprise or Premium Membership, you will be able to set up your ad tags. Once ad tags are properly configured, you will be able to set up pre-roll and mid-roll advertising. You can also set up cue points for when advertising will appear. By default, cue points are set to every 7 minutes.
The Bolt Video Player will play a wide variety of ads depending on several factors. Depending on the ad network called, user demographics, geolocation and browsing behavior of the user will be served targeted advertising.

An ad tag is a long string of text an advertiser provides to a publisher or ad network that calls the advertisers ad server for the purposes of displaying an advertisement. Below is an example of what an ad tag might look like:

Ad tag variables are text variables you can insert into an ad tag which tells the ad server specific information about the ads you want to be served. Bolt Video Player supports a number of variables that can be added to your VAST tag URL.
