Go to Users Section:
- Click “Admin” from the left navigation
- Click “Users” from expanded menu

Add User:
For every publisher account, there may be many users. Admin Users may create unlimited users with varying Roles*. You can give log in access to people who manage your videos and websites with different levels of access depending on the role assigned to the user.
- Click the “Add User” button
- Fill out the fields in the User Info section
- Select a Role* for the user
- Create an Admin User account to manage the Publishers account
- Select a confirmation status and the email notifications for the user
- Click the “Add User” button when finished
- You will a message reading, “User was successfully created” if everything went well
Roles*
Admin – Full access to all features and tools, including user administration
Content Producer – Can upload and edit videos and playlists, no access to financial information
Restricted Producer – Can only edit videos and playlists, no access to financial information
