Sign in to Playwire:

  • Log in to your Playwire account
  • Click “Account” from the top right navigation
  • In the dropdown menu, click “Edit User”

Change your password:

  • Click the “Change Password” button
  • Enter password in “New Password” field
  • Assign the User Roles* and email notifications
  • Click “Save Changes” to complete the process.
User Roles*
Admin - Full access to all features and tools, including user administration.
Content Producer - Limited access to upload/edit videos/playlists
Restricted Producer - Limited access only to edit videos/playlists
For Admin Users
If you have multiple users under your account, use the following steps:
  • Click “Admin” from the left navigation
  • Click “Users” from the expanded menu
  • Under the “Actions” column, click “Edit” next to the User you would like to change the password for
  • Follow steps 1 & 2 to finish the process.
